At first glance, nothing has changed. You have, if you want, a desktop with the familiar objects and the familiar taskbar, but more colorful and appealing.
Designing the desktop – XP format or rather classic?
The beautiful thing about the surface: there is a back! As you wish, you can switch between colorful XP look and Windows Classic. If you want the classic desktop, then follow these steps:
1. Right-click on a free space on the desktop and select Properties. The Property dialog box of Display appears.
2. Click on the Designs tab and select the Windows classic variant from the Design list field.
3. Accordingly, of course, switch to other designs – just try it out and search in the existing designs for your individual taste. Don’t find the ultimate design for your desired desktop.
