After you have created a spreadsheet and want to put it on paper, never print out of the hip. Check the page layout beforehand in the side view. They save a lot of time. In addition, you are certainly interested in optically optimal printouts.
The side view can be activated as follows:
a side view of the symbol; or
via the menu item File side view.
After that, your created table will be displayed in the print preview on the screen. By clicking on the table you can enlarge the display, by clicking again the original size is restored.
In the side view, various buttons are superimposed on the upper edge.
Side by side sheets:
Click Next –> it will scroll a page forward.
Click Before –> it will scroll a page backwards.
Side view zooming:
Click Zoom –> the table will be enlarged.
Click again on Zoom –> it will be displayed again in reduced size.
