Changing Storage Limit Exchange 2007

Start your Exchange management console

If you only want to change the limits for one user, go to the recipient configuration –> Mailbox –> now find out the user

Now click on the tab –> Post office box settings

Now click on Storage quotas

Now enter your desired values
