If there are problems due to hardware or software, for example, the device status and the settings in the System control fix the error.
- Start menu and then open control panel, click sounds and audio devices
- In the Hardware tab, the device can be selected and the Properties checked.
- New drivers can be installed here and devices deactivated.
The Device Manager Completes further hardware settings.
- In the Start menu, right-click on Workstation and then click on Properties
