The device is equipped with an 11.6-inch display, an AMD-E-450 processor and for netbook ratio lush four GB of RAM. The processing is impeccable, and the keyboard can be described very well despite constrained space conditions. The exact touchpad has decent dimensions, but the integrated mouse buttons could be better palpable.

The weight of the 1225B is slightly higher than on average thanks to the strong 6-cell battery with 1.44 kg, but the battery helps the netbook to very good eight to ten hours of battery life.
The battery projects a little beyond the rest of the case at the bottom, so the netbook with 3.5 centimeters at the thickest point is not exactly flat. Thanks to the fast Radeon HD6320 graphics chip, the 1225B is able to play HD video absolutely rubbish-free. Also otherwise the performance for a netbook is very good.
CONCLUSION: The EeePC 1225B is an excellent netbook without major weaknesses with very good graphics chip, decent keyboard and long battery life.
