Apple wants to make this year still a low-cost iPhone with a plastic case. According to Apple, the new iPhone will have the same format as the iPhone 5.
Where the slimmed is the plastic housing, also the retina display is painted. The device should then cost under 400 US dollars about 310 €.
Let’s see if Apple keeps its word. The question arises why Apple does not give up a profit and the current iPhone 5 does not sell for the same price.
