With Loewe 3D Orchestra IS, Loewe is introducing an integrated Wireless 3D Home Cinema Speaker System worldwide for the first time. Loewe 3D Orchestra IS ideally embodies the virtues of the German premium manufacturer Loewe: technological competence and minimalist design. The extraordinary thing about Loewe 3D Orchestra IS is the intelligent combination of innovative technologies such as wireless active speakers, spherical wave generation and automatic triangular calibration. This allows absolute freedom and flexibility in the number and positioning of both speakers and listeners in the room. Loewe 3D Orchestra IS always impresses with its unique, space-filling sound and creates acoustics based on the concert or cinema hall at home in a simple way for the user.
Overwhelming sound like in the concert hall
Usually, loudspeakers as a direct sound source emit the sound at a narrow angle beam-like in one direction. Not so with Loewe 3D Orchestra IS: Here the speakers radiate a ball wave in all directions. Loudspeakers with omnidirectional functionality are so far unique. Already with two of these Loewe 3D Orchestra Speakers and the TV speaker set up as a center speaker and a subwoofer, an impressive sound stage is created. With four of the 3D Orchestra speakers, the sound surrounds the listeners from all sides. Of course, the more speakers are used, the better the 3D sound experience. The effect is further supported by the fact that the system always uses the reflections of the space-limiting elements (walls, glass fronts, ceilings, floors, etc.). The result is an almost plastic listening experience, as if you are in the middle of the orchestra pit or in the middle of the action.
Best sound at every place in the home cinema
It does not matter at which location or seat the listener is in the room, because the Loewe 3D Orchestra Speakers extend the famous sweet spot to Sweet Space. Within this you can change the position at will and is no longer fixed to the one, ideal seat. As long as you are in the area between the speakers, every possible seat and standing area becomes a VIP box in the home cinema. This perfection is achieved through a special one-measurement process, which misses the entire room when first installed. After the loudspeakers are distributed in the room, the enclosed triangular microphone is set up in the rear half of the room. The following fully automatic calibration takes into account all spatial conditions such as the spatial dimensions, passageways or sound-absorbing curtains. In this way, the system can be calibrated exactly to the individual conditions within a few minutes. That too is unique.
Maximum flexibility in setting up the speakers
If you want to achieve a convincing spatial sound in conventional surround sound systems, an exact positioning of the speakers is usually indispensable. Loewe 3D Orchestra Speakers, on the other hand, can be distributed freely in the room and thus harmoniously fit into the ambience. You do not have to stand in a line to other speakers or at a certain distance from the wall or the listener. In addition, each individual speaker can be positioned at a different height. Loewe also offers special installation solutions such as the floor stand or a wall mount. The extremely flexible setup is also achieved by the fact that the loudspeakers are neither connected to the television nor to each other with cables. The active loudspeakers are controlled wirelessly (5.8 GHz loss less) without quality losses. All you need is a power connection. The one-measurement procedure ensures an optimal listening impression for every conceivable setup: noises and sounds always come from the direction from which they should come – even if there is no loudspeaker there. Only Loewe 3D Orchestra IS offers this flexibility without compromising on the sound experience.
Individualizable design
The minimalist design and high-quality materiality of the round Loewe 3D Orchestra Speaker perfectly matches the design of all Loewe TVs. The connecting element is the material aluminum, which is found both in the ring base of the loudspeakers and in the typical operating and design element of the Loewe TVs – the Loewe Eye. The inlays on the top of the loudspeakers can also be replaced to match the TV or ambience In addition to aluminum silver and chrome mirrored, the materials Ebenholz and Eiche Hell as well as nine different colors are available. On request, individual color wishes from the RAL color spectrum can of course also be taken into account.
TV as an intelligent center of the integrated system
The prerequisite for Loewe 3D Orchestra IS is a Loewe TV of the latest generation from chassis SL 220, which as an audio master and control center forms the intelligent center for home cinema. These TVs are ideally suited for this with their integrated AV preamplifiers and multichannel decoders for Dolby Digital as well as dts. In conjunction with Loewe 3D Orchestra IS, the TV speaker will also be harmoniously integrated into the overall system as a center speaker. Of course, as usual with Loewe, everything is comfortably operated via the TV menu with only one remote control. Depending on the version, the Loewe 3D Orchestra IS set includes two or four Loewe 3D Orchestra Speakers, a Loewe 3D Orchestra Subwoofer, the calibration microphone and the 3D Orchestra Controller module. The latter is connected concealed to the digital audio link in the rear wall of the television set. The system is expandable on request from a 3.1 to a 7.1 system.
