What is a wiki?
The first wiki was developed by Ward Cunningham. wiki is the Hawaiian word for “fast”. A wiki is a self-organizing collection of websites that makes it easy for anyone to create and link pages.

A special client installation is required – every normal Javascript-enabled web browser is sufficient. Encrypted connection is possible if required (SSL or HTTPS).
