Supplements rather than technology: this overview broadens our look at office life. BioMe+ by braingood is not, however, a proven way to work more productively. We have not tested it ourselves and cannot assess its taste, tolerability or effects.

What is in BioMe+?

The manufacturer lists 30 powder sachets of 4 g each. The formula includes bacterial cultures, inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), magnesium glycerophosphate and maltodextrin. Each sachet is listed as providing 60 mg magnesium and 2.5 g fibre. These are manufacturer specifications, not our measurements. Manufacturer: BioMe+.

What the marketing does not establish

References to the gut–brain axis do not automatically demonstrate better concentration at a screen. Research on probiotics cannot be applied indiscriminately to every product: organisms and intended uses differ. Reviewing these sources is not a clinical evaluation of BioMe+. We therefore award neither a test seal nor an effectiveness score. NCCIH: Probiotics – Usefulness and Safety.

Before buying

  • Compare the current ingredients, quantities per daily serving and label warnings with the shop listing.
  • Check pack size and total cost including delivery; distinguish a one-off order from recurring deliveries.
  • If you take medicines or have a medical condition, consult a clinician or pharmacist before use. A supplement does not replace treatment.
  • Check delivery countries, availability and return conditions in the shop. A translated overview does not establish delivery to every country.

Our assessment

Germany’s BfR considers supplements generally unnecessary for healthy people with a balanced diet. If you still want to compare BioMe+, start with the complete label rather than promises of a more productive working day. Office fatigue alone is not a basis for us to recommend buying it.
