Excel screen explanation

The significance of the screen element in concrete terms:

Title bar: Contains program name (Excel), document name (or folder numbering), and the elements for minimizing field, full screen/subframe, and closing field.

Menu bar: Excel provides several menus that can be used to access different functions. Behind each menu name, there is a pull down menu that folds down when the menu is clicked.

Edit line: In this and in the active cell, data (number values, texts, etc.) can be entered. However, this is easier in the active cell.

Toolbars: Toolbars can directly execute frequently used functions (e.g. font size, currency symbol, frame color, etc.). It is enough to click on the corresponding icon with the mouse. By default, the standard and format toolbars are displayed.

Current spreadsheet: This is the spreadsheet you are currently working on. A workbook contains three spreadsheets as standard, the number can be extended to 256 sheets (per folder).

Leaf register: The names of the tables are displayed in the leaf register (Table 1, Table 2, etc.) The names can be changed individually.

Status bar: This bar gives an indication of the current program status (e.g. Berit, Entered, etc.)

Office Assistant: You will receive assistance from the Office Assistant. Of course, only if you request it.
