As reported in the previous article, it is very cumbersome to buy a new notebook that comes with Windows 8 and then wants to install a Windows 7.
ASUS has created here a check on the booting process of the CD drive, that for whatever reason the booting from a Windows 7 CD is not allowed.
Error message: Secure Boot Violation
Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup
Solution:
In your BIOS or SETUP, go to the Security tab and switch Secure Boot Control to Disabled.
