Lifetime work of Gerhard Nidetzky
Vienna (pts018/10.04.2013/11:00) – At the awarding ceremony of the Cäsar® 2012 on 4.4.2013 at the Palais Ferstel in Vienna, Mag. Karin Fuhrmann, Partner at TPA Horwath in Vienna, awarded as the best service provider. The founder of TPA Horwath, Gerhard Nidetzky, together with Walter Stingl received the prize for his life’s work.
The best of the best in the real estate industry were awarded the real estate award Cäsar® at an exclusive gala event in the Palais Ferstel in Vienna on 4.4.2013. Around 250 invited real estate professionals took part in the event. As in recent years, the organizer was epmedia, for the content management this year for the first time ImmQu, the association for the promotion of quality in the real estate industry responsible.
The Caesar, which has already been awarded for the seventh time, was awarded for the first time in a total of nine categories, six audience and three jury categories. The fact that the domestic real estate industry not only supports its favourites with a strong vote, but also expresses its approval for Caesar, is shown by the 18,000 votes of around 2,000 registered voters during the public election.
Service provider 2012: Karin Fuhrmann
In the audience category „Service Provider 2012“ won Karin Fuhrmann. The partner of the tax consulting and auditing company TPA Horwath was awarded by the jury for her commitment and her actions „far beyond the box“. „Of course I am very happy about this special award, but I would like to accept Caesar on behalf of all colleagues at TPA Horwath, who contribute daily through their special achievements to the fact that it is possible to win such a prize.“
Lifetime achievement 2012: Gerhard Nidetzky
The founder and long-term partner of TPA Horwath, Gerhard Nidetzky, received a Caesar in the jury category „Lifetime achievement 2012“ together with Walter Stingl. Gerhard Nidetzky described the jury as the „pioneer in building owner models and father of the Real Estate Investment Fund Act.“ Gerhard Nidetzky is currently a hotel developer (Loisium). According to the jury, Walter Stingl „brilliantly combines the questions of property managers and landlords with those of tax law“. The two real estate experts jointly published the „Handbook for Real Estate & Taxes“ at Manz in 1999, now a basic work.
