A new partnership with SAP provides the foundation for this: Imtech is now SAP Cloud Reseller Partner for HR topics. Imtech has also added the Business Execution (BizX) software package from SuccessFactors to its portfolio. The integrated solution from recruiting to talent management complements Imtech’s many years of expertise in SAP HCM. SuccessFactors is an SAP company and the global leader in cloud-based HR solutions.
BizX makes it possible to realize a comprehensive next-generation HR solution in a short time and with low infrastructure costs. Essential information is available at any place and at any time, and human resources management is directly coordinated with the corporate goals on a structured basis, explains Christian Haider, Director of HR Solutions at Imtech ICT Austria.
BizX: From recruiting to performance management to succession planning
BizX can be realized both in conjunction with SAP HCM and stand alone. A total of 14 individually selectable modules are available, a continuous expansion is possible. The main focus of the solution is to reconcile current company goals and employee performance. The modules of BizX provide insight into the potential and performance contributions of employees, support the management of target agreements and the assessment of employees. Training and further education as well as talent management are also structured.
Imtech ICT Austria itself uses BizX for employee search.
